I came to school prepared for day 1 with all my food. However with a lunch rehearsal and a full day schedule I didn’t get to eat till about 2p.m. I knew this would have consequences as Day 1 is a prep day for avoiding hunger during the fruit fast. Anyway, afterschool I had to go to Consulting Clinic and then I shopped at both Carrefour and Tamimi for the Detox party. I knew better than to try to do all those things as the reactions set it, but I was stubborn. By the time I came home I had a full blown migraine and felt so nauseated that I would have quit if I had not done the detox before. I would have taken pain medication or ate something. But instead I went to bed ( at 7p.m.) because I knew it would be all over in the morning. And as I suspected I woke up feeling fine, a slight headache but NO HUNGER and ready to rest and relax. I was planning on doing school work today as I stayed at home and indulged in lots of t.v., but I am going to cancel all work ( except for the wiki space) and try to REST. I urge all of you to do the same. It is the main component of proper elimination these next 2 days. Your body needs to rest while it is doing some very important work of its own.
